Blessing of CGTS and Submitting Kudos for Top Performers

June 8, 2006—Cebu Global Teleservices, Inc. celebrated its formal opening by having its building blessed and by awarding top performers for the month of May.

The blessing of the CGTS building is in line of the company’s objective to create a healthy workplace that is contributory to its vision of generating thriving sales revenue through excellent customer service, and molding and producing competent professionals out of its associates.

Ms. Maria Claudette Manus, General Manager of CGTS, initiated the inaugural rites for the newly established company. Blessing the CGTS building was invited priest Fr. Tan. It was succeeded by a thanksgiving prayer attended by CGTS administrators, managers, personnel and CGTS sales specialists.

Relative to the event, CGTS also announced its formal recognition of five employees for their excellent sales performance and contributions to CGTS’s objective of providing timely and cost effective customer and sales services to its clients. The achievements were acknowledged through the company’s Awarding Ceremonies for Top Performers program.

Now in its second month, the awarding program recognizes the contributions of individuals and teams of employees with prizes for outstanding accomplishments that accord to CGTS’s effective sales and efficient marketing goals.

Since the inception of this program in April 2006, CGTS has now presented 6 awards recognizing the accomplishments of 72 sales specialists. Agents who are dedicated to the total satisfaction of their customers and who take pride in living a culture that values integrity were the chosen recipients of the accolades.

The blessing highlights a fruitful start and strong foundation for CGTS while the awards illustrate the important contributions CGTS specialists are making to the company's record of commendable sales performance, demonstrating how good employee management makes good business sense.
