May 24, 2006—PEZA Resolution No. 06-234 entitles Cebu Global Teleservices, Inc. as an Ecozone Information Technology (IT) Enterprise with the license to engage in call center operations providing telemarketing and customer services.

Furthermore, the company shall be entitled to incentives under RA 7916, as amended, and the PEZA IT Guidelines, subject to a Registration Agreement between the company and PEZA.
